How many times does the dribbler violate while dribbling during the play sequence?

Video Play of the Week - Ball handling/dribbling (HS) and Palming (Illegal Dribble) (NCAA) are points of emphasis this year at both the high school and collegiate level.  Permitting a dribbler to illegally handle the ball places the defense at a distinct disadvantage.  Officials must pay closer attention to the dribbler and make a ruling when necessary.  This indefensible violation affords the offensive player a significant advantage.  When the ball comes to rest in the dribbler’s hand, by rule, the dribble has ended and a violation has been committed when another dribble is started.   How many times does the dribbler violate while dribbling during the play sequence?

Is there a foul committed? If so, what type of foul, common? intentional?

Video Play of the Week- Dark jersey player #15, backing up, and White jersey player # 12, moving forward, come together causing contact (possibly legal contact - incidental). Officials must have a high level of concentration versus simply watching the play. Officials, as a crew, must have all ten players within their FOV (field of vision) at all times. Coverage during dead ball time is vital.
