The 2008 IAABO Fall Seminar will be held in Eatontown, New Jersey, September 11 – 14, 2008. The seminar is being hosted by the New Jersey State Board #1. They are ready to provide everyone with an enjoyable and rewarding weekend! Seminar headquarters will be at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel located in Eatontown, New Jersey. This Jersey Shore Hotel is centrally located between New York, Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Area attractions include the famous beaches of New Jersey, Monmouth Park Race Track, Shopping Outlets, and Six Flags Great Adventure Park. Reservations can be made by calling 1.800.325.3535. Be sure to ask for the “IAABO Rate” of $152.00. You will have a choice of two double or one king size bed. Reservations must be made by August 10, 2008 to ensure space and availability. Hospitality Room - Topping off your day and evening of enjoyment will be the traditional “IAABO Roger J. Sheridan Hospitality Room”, named after the famed IAABO Past President (1965-66) from the State of Vermont. The hospitality room will be the place for everyone to renew old friendships and to make many new ones.

A continental breakfast in the Hospitality Suite Thursday through Sunday mornings. The Hospitality Suite will not be open during the Interpretation Sessions

Special Luncheon - A luncheon will be held on Saturday, September 13th at 12 PM (noon) following the completion of the morning seminar sessions. The guest speaker is IAABO member and NBA official Bob Delaney. Bob comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. He was a small college basketball star before becoming a New Jersey State Trooper. Bob started officiating high school and intramural games before working his way into the NBA, where he has been an official for more than two decades. This is an opportunity to enjoy a great lunch and hear from one of IAABO’s own. Space is limited to 130 so please register early. Deadline for registration is August 31, 2008. Spouse/Guest Breakfast - On Saturday morning, September 13th, the annual Spouse/Guest Breakfast will take place. This is a great opportunity for your spouse/guest to meet others members of the IAABO family. The registration deadline for this event is August 31, 2008. Golf Tournament - For early arrivals, a Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, September 11th at the Pebble Creek Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey. This 18-hole regulation golf course offers quality-playing conditions on large, undulating bent grass greens. Established in 1996, this tournament designed course plays 6,002 yards from the white tees. Following golf, a barbeque buffet will be offered on the patio overlooking the 18th green. The menu will consist of marinated London broil, grilled boneless breast of chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, various salads and beverages. The cost for the day is $110.00 per golfer. Golfing will begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start limited to 120 players (please register early). There will be various contests on the course with prizes being offered for each one.
